TOWARDS A NEW NORMALITY

Since the Covid-19 epidemic, the relationship with work has changed. It is now a question of finding a new balance, a new professional normality for employees. While the adoption of a hybrid model between home offcie and face-to-face work seems to have become the new operating principle, very few people wish to work solely in the home office (between 7% and 10% according to surveys). So the office remains attractive: spontaneous interaction, a more work-friendly environment, emulation.

The fact remains, however, that the office needs to reinvent itself to offer a “user experience”, as the saying goes.

The Salon l’Environnement de Travail et des Achats offers an overview of developments and innovations in employee services, building management and digital transformation.

The show, in which over 150 exhibiting companies will be taking part, takes on even greater importance. How are companies organized? What impact for employees? What new solutions?
